i have looked to see if there is a way to receive emails when there are new posts and it does not look like there is a way. you can email people or email the group put you have to go in and do that directly.

You can bookmark a specific thread and it will email you when there's another message on that thread, but there's not a way that I know of to get an email when there's a new message anywhere on the boards.

Thanks Guys for the response, I appreciate it. Winter wonderland here in Seattle. We have 10" on the ground and the city is completely shut down for 48 hours. I am getting cabin fever!

Hey I just got the proboards iPhone app and it's like night and day from using the website. It lists all the messages you haven't read yet in order of newest and makes it way easier to track. I'm guessing you can have it flag you on the app icon that new messages are waiting but I haven't looked into that yet. Plus I can use it at work whereas I'm guessing they will block the website from the company network.
