This thread was locked last year, so I suppose I will say something now. I live in Richmond, Virginia with my wife and two-year-old son (baby #2 due on April 20, 2014!). This is the first and only fantasy baseball league I have ever played in. Last season I was a complete rookie to this process. However, I have been playing fantasy football for about ten years. Obviously I am a huge Orioles fan, having gone to middle school and high school in Maryland. I lived in Denver before that (pre-Rockies), and am consequently a huge Broncos fan. When I am not mashing "refresh" on the "Major League Draft" thread at this site, or obsessing over my lineup, I am a civil litigation attorney.

Congrats on the upcoming baby! My oldest daughter (4 almost 5) was born on April 18th. I will warn you the jump from 1 to 2 kids is MUCH greater than the jump from 0 to 1. At least in my book it was. - A.J.

I am probably going to be shocked by the change (and you are not the first person to tell me the jump from one to two is rough). The first pregnancy was filled with books, classes, nursery decoration, showers, and lots of planning. This time, I am sort of sitting around looking at my watch. Thanks for the well wishes!

I fully expected Denver to lose. It was probably the weakest AFC in 25 years, and Denver didn't play anyone this year.

Spot on, they made the best team in the AFC look like high school. The delta of bigger, stronger, faster was vast!
