Will CBS have a list or report we can massage to give us a list of minor leaguers still available? Second, I assume we can pick up minor leaugers as FAs if we have cap available (Montero is going to the show) and slots avail? Last, is there a list anywhere showing what team has spent cap wise on their minor leaguers?

Minor Leaguers may be picked up via FAAB and added to a team's active roster*, but not minor league roster. All major league escalators would apply. *The exception to the rule directly above is that no minor leaguer from current season's draft is eligible to be picked up. This will give that draft class a chance to go through our league minor league draft at least once. thank you for that mudhens. yes you can pick up minor leaguers but they have to be put on your major league roster and if you keep them for next year major league escalators apply.
you can go to the team roster page here on the proboards and each team has a list of all their minor leaguers, how much they paid for them and what cap if any they have left. also on cbs i put in parentheses how much a minor leaguer cost you have to add up the minors for the totals cbs does not allow this function to my knowledge.
as for a list there is not one that i am aware of. if you know player name you can type it in and when it pulls player up it will say if free agent or on someones team. however any player added through free agency is treated as a major leaguer and can not be put on minor league roster even if you have spots to fill.
