You have Kendrys Morales at CI, but he doesn't have 20 games last year. Shouldn't he be DH only? If we're using the CBS default positions (which are sometimes pretty wonky) then it should be in the rules.

Since he missed all of the 2011 season, shouldn't he be eligible at the positions where he had 20 starts in 2010?
Important distinction as it could affect V-Mart's catcher eligibility in 2013.

Our rules don't say anything about using the previous years. Or the CBS default, or their most common minor league position or anything like that. It just says 20 games the previous year or 5 games the current year. VMart will be DH only next year to start, until he gets 5 games at a position.

since we are using cbs, then we would use their default positions. its not like morales did not have a position before his injury he is a first basemen. i would view the last line of the rules as the answer: *any loopholes or forgotten rules will be subject to common sense
thus we are using cbs defaults; they can't be changed and everyone has a chance to look at the player and see eligibilities beforehand.

That's not a problem for me. I'm pretty sure there is a setting to not use their defaults but it is probably easier all around if we do.
